We are looking for ideas to put on a display of our jeeps during our local village summer... Well lads and lassies, there has to be loads of ideas here. We are looking for ideas to put on a display of our jeeps during our local village summer festival later in the year. Basically our local festival comitee asked us to provide something that would involve the public like last year. Last year we held a ride on lawn mower grand prix and it went down a treat, especially the machine entered by a local mower repair guy that could do 35 kph!!!! We also had the tractor reversing.
This year we are thinking of setting up something to promote our sport and show people what out machines are capable of and maybe have something that people can try out (Insurance permitting)
It is a great opportunity to show people we are not the bad boys the hill walkers for instance continually claim us to be. One idea is to have a tractor trailer with a ramp up one side and down the other, simple but the steep angles would be serious for anyone trying it out and safe for us to demonstrate and let the public have a go with us accompanying them. Another idea is to use an upside down skip and drive up on end and down the other with one side of the jeep.
Anyone have any ideas??
